The project involves the design and development of a medical clinic located in Milan, conceived through an integrated and multidisciplinary approach.
The design process began with a detailed analysis of spatial organization and patient and staff flows, with the objective of ensuring efficiency, clarity of circulation, and optimal functional relationships between the different areas of the clinic. Particular attention was given to the separation of public and private pathways, minimizing cross-traffic and enhancing both privacy and operational performance.
The interior layout was carefully planned to balance functionality, comfort, and aesthetics. Custom-designed furniture solutions were developed to respond to the specific needs of medical activities, integrating storage, technical requirements, and ergonomic considerations. Each space — from reception and waiting areas to consultation rooms and treatment spaces — was designed to create a welcoming yet professional environment.
The project was developed in compliance with current healthcare regulations and sanitary standards, ensuring that all functional, dimensional, and safety requirements were fully respected. Regulatory constraints were integrated into the design from the early stages, allowing for a seamless alignment between concept, functionality, and compliance.
The entire project was modeled and elaborated in 3D, including detailed renderings, to provide the client with a clear and realistic visualization of the final result. This approach supported the decision-making process, improved communication, and allowed for precise refinement of materials, lighting, and spatial perception before execution.
Overall, the project aims to combine efficiency, regulatory compliance, and spatial quality, delivering a medical environment that enhances both patient experience and professional workflow.
